uBlock Origin can block WebRTC’s HTTP-based STUN/TURN requests, but it cannot intercept native WebRTC API calls that operate at a lower system level. This architectural blind spot leaves users with a false sense of security, as their real IP can still leak through browser-level peer-to-peer connections.
