Sexism

Half of women leave tech by age 35, and the industry blames “imposter syndrome” and a lack of confidence. But this is a convenient lie. Women aren’t leaving because they doubt their skills; they leave because the system demands they constantly prove their competence, then dismisses their credentials anyway. Stop fixing women’s confidence and start fixing the toxic culture.
